My tutoring approach depends on the tutee's age, learning ability, and personality, offering a personalized approach for each student. I always like using fun and interactive activities to help students learn, breaking complex concepts into smaller pieces. Furthermore, I like forming a strong bond with students to understand them better and communicate more openly.

Tutoring Experience
I am an AP Economics teaching assistant at HKIS and have also been a tutor at The Chinese Tutoring Center for two years. I am also a SOS Sharon Lutheran Club member, where I plan activities and teach primary school students English. Through these experiences, I can teach students from various age groups and support each individual based on their needs. For Chinese, especially, I am a native Chinese Speaker and have gotten a 5 on the AP Chinese Exam without any preparations. Other AP exams I have taken are AP Microeconomics, AP Macroeconomics, AP Psychology, and AP Physics 1 (all 5s!). This summer, I was shortlisted in the John Locke Essay competition under the Law category and achieved a Silver award for the International Psychology Olympaid. I also got a 35 on the ACT in one sitting.
