Jane is a junior at Hong Kong International School serving as an Honors Chemistry teaching assistant, helping students across humanities, sciences, and math courses. In practice, she works through many practice problems together with students first, then has them solve similar problems independently. When a student gets something wrong, they diagnose why—whether it's a conceptual gap, careless slip, or misread question—so naming the error type prevents repeats.
